What this site is

CAP — Credit Alliance Program is a marketing program that connects consumers with participating automotive dealerships. We are not a lender or a broker. We don't make credit decisions, and we don't arrange, negotiate or guarantee financing. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend.

Pre-qualification and your certificate

A pre-qualified range, where shown, is an estimate based on your invitation. The CAPPre-Qualification Certificate summarizes your invitation and your response; it is not a loan approval, a credit decision or a guarantee of financing. Approval, amount, rate, down payment and terms depend on your complete credit application, verification of the information you provide, the vehicle you choose and each lender's criteria. Not everyone will qualify.

Fees

There is no charge to use this site. A documentary service fee in an amount up to $150 may be added to the sale price or capitalized cost of the vehicle.

Your information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is your own. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Invitation Codes

Invitations are personal and may be limited to the dates printed on them. Don't attempt to guess or use Invitation Codes that aren't yours; we may block access that looks automated or abusive.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
